No one there seems to know how their process/services work and no one seems to be even remotely helpful as they are just annoyed that you are not some magical god who can predict all the bs they want you to go to drop off mail. I usually am an advocate for the post offices as it’s a service I value. Today I did not value them and they could care less ones i was dealing with to even assist in anyway. I guess next time I guess fedex or ups is the better way to go instead of dealing with them.

When a package doesn’t fit in my mailbox, instead of delivering it to my doorstep, it gets left somewhere else or I’m forced to pick it up. This is very inconvenient and frustrating, especially when other carriers manage to bring packages directly to the door without issue. Customers deserve reliable service, not extra hassle.
