- JLJean LundApr 30, 20251.0I sent a card with a check inside to my Niece at the Ledgestone Hotel in October 2023. It took 4 months to return it to me as undeliverable. I sent her a Christmas card with her name and the address including her room number at the hotel. It was returned 3 months later as undeliverable. It was also damaged.

I’ve been having this issue for the last year or more. It’s unacceptable and unbelievable. I don’t understand how or what could be causing this issue and how it hasn’t been resolved.
