It is extremely inconvenient when packages that don’t fit in the mailbox are not delivered to my doorstep. Having to constantly track down packages or make extra trips defeats the purpose of a delivery service. I expect my packages to be delivered securely and directly to my door. This lack of consistency is frustrating and makes the service unreliable.

I sent her a Christmas card with her name and the address including her room number at the hotel. It was returned 3 months later as undeliverable. It was also damaged.
