NOTHING ELSE!! Lost my package. Store is blaming it on the UPS driver. UPS is saying it's the stores responsibility. Which is it? Doesn't help me with my lost package. Store manager says "this happens only once in a blue moon". Funny. Must have been a blue moon. This package contained a homemade item that took months to make!! Will continue to pay extra and take my packages to a mail and more shop!!

And the sign on the door says they are closed on Sundays. Edit: update Went back Monday morning at 8am. Despite there being a line already, I was able to drop off my return package quickly. Waited no more then 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful.

So I emailed the owner and she definitely put me down and instead of listening to me and getting my version of the story, I knew they were lying because if they were watching the camera they could tell that I'm just asking questions and this is the way I talk, but there was a lady there, I in the line that probably was wanting to I was holding up the line, and she said that take my number I know she was rude so she said she listened to the camera, but if she would have listened to the camera and she would have noticed that I was not being rude, I was just being normal, that's who I am but they were so disrespectful to me and the owner was very disrespectful to me by responding. In a Berry, I would say rude way, I would never go there and recommend anyone to go there. No wonder they have a 3.5 and not a 5.0.
