I had a high-value package to send and the customer service I received was amazing! The gal who took care of me was sweet & kind, explained everything thoroughly and went over all product/packing options, and even packaged my item in front of me! Had a amazon return needed the ups lable printed,so he printed it then he in formed me it would be $3.something never been charged for a lable printed. Didnt see a sign saying they charge for a ups lable printed.

$3.26/return label is insane. I’m happy to pay but that’s just too much considering Amazon requires a label per item.

UPDATE!!! Received a response from the store owner. I was given an email to send requested information to!!! Only response I got was.. my email was received. NOTHING ELSE!!
Lost my package. Store is blaming it on the UPS driver. UPS is saying it's the stores responsibility. Which is it? Doesn't help me with my lost package. Store manager says "this happens only once in a blue moon". Funny. Must have been a blue moon. This package contained a homemade item that took months to make!! Will continue to pay extra and take my packages to a mail and more shop!!
