It’s not legal for me to open her box and get my things, so I have to wait for it to be sent back and redelivered correctly! Additionally, they keep putting slips in our box for package pick ups but we were told BY THE POSTMASTER that if we are 1/2 mile or less from the box (which we are), our carrier would bring packages to the house. This has not been the case so far. Getting pretty frustrated with the lack of care. We‘ve gone in to talk to someone about it a couple of times, and no one cares.
