When the mail lady grabbed it from their vehicle she ripped the envelope. I couldn't use the same envelope since it was damaged. So I put it in a box. When I took it back to the post office instead of taking off the amount I already paid they charged me additional money to send it off. First of all I didn't damage the envelope. Second of all this happened before and the post office lady took off what I already paid to send off the package. This time the post worker Daniel decided to charge me a additional fee and when I asked for the managers name he didn't even know his own managers name. So I literally got charged twice to send off a package. So yes they will rip you off here and not take responsibility of their own employees.
