Worst customer service ever! They closed the line before closing time. Waited in line in the self service where the scale didn't work. Despite pleas from those of us who had been waiting staff wouldn't help. Will never go back to Woodinville USPS

I had to ship several books to a family friend and wasn’t looking forward to the trip because I never seem to know what to choose or how to properly package things. When I walked into this location, I was relieved there was no line — and even more grateful when Daniel noticed I looked a bit overwhelmed and offered to help. He walked me through the entire process step-by-step: which box to use, how to protect the books, what my mailing options were, and even where to find budget-friendly tape. His guidance was clear and his attitude was genuinely helpful, which made all the difference. It’s rare to have such a positive experience at a post office, but Daniel made this visit surprisingly easy and stress-free. I left feeling grateful enough to write a review — which says a lot. Excellent service.

I don’t know if anyone else gets anxiety walking into the post office, but I definitely do. I had to ship four signed books to a friend and honestly put it off for days because I wasn’t sure what box to use, how to pack them, or what the process even was. When I finally went in, I was bracing myself for a long line and confusion — but instead, Daniel was behind the counter and immediately made everything feel easy. He could tell I was a little lost and stepped in with clear, friendly guidance. He showed me the best box options, helped me figure out how to protect the books, and even pointed out cheaper tape and packing solutions I wouldn’t have found on my own. What should’ve been a stressful chore actually turned into the best USPS experience I’ve ever had. Daniel was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time — it made a small, dreaded task feel completely manageable.

Shipping things is one of those tasks I dread — returning things, mailing packages, you name it. I walked into the Woodinville USPS already stressed, holding four books and completely unsure where to even start. I didn’t know if I needed a box, a padded mailer, tape, or magic. Thankfully, Daniel was working that day. He saw me scanning the shelves like I was reading ancient hieroglyphics and stepped in right away. He walked me through every option without making me feel dumb, showed me which packaging made the most sense, and even pointed me to tape I probably would’ve missed entirely. After packing the box, he helped me double-check everything and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. This was honestly the first time I’ve ever left a post office impressed. Daniel turned something I usually dread into a painless (even pleasant!) experience. That deserves a five-star review.
