I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for over three years, but after today, I’m done. The attitude of the staff has completely changed — everyone seems rude and dismissive, especially some of the new faces running the place.
If you’re planning to use this location for Amazon returns, don’t. The way they treat customers is unacceptable. It’s as if they’re annoyed that people even walk in with Amazon packages. If this store doesn’t want to handle returns, then work it out with Amazon and remove yourselves from the list of drop-off locations. There’s absolutely no reason to treat regular customers this poorly.
I’m genuinely disappointed and frustrated. After years of loyalty, this experience has completely ruined my opinion of this store.

I believe this company hires their personal and give them no training at all. I follow their own rulles for a package delivery and the stupid driver didn’t even check their own notice where I had authorized the release of my package and they are now sending my package back to sander. Very disappointed and surprised on the horrible quality of employees UPS trusts with peoples personal mail.

I have never met such a rude customer-facing employee in my life. Incredibly sarcastic, cut me off multiple times, was belittling and intentionally creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Avoid this store if at all possible.
