    I recently had to return a mattress topper that I had ordered on Amazon. I had taken it out of its vacuum-sealed packaging and it was this massive, unwieldy thing I didn’t have a big enough box for. The UPS Store employee, a young woman, was so nice and helpful. She and a UPS delivery driver wrestled the mattress pad to a manageable size (it took two of them to do it) and then she sold me a box of the right size and took care of everything. I’m very grateful!

    Sammy and the employees here at this UPS store were very kind, understanding, and quick with their service. Despite the fact that my UPS priority next day package was delayed (not their fault), they made a bad situation a lot better with their prompt help in getting a full refund.

    Always a speedy in and out here. The staff have consistently been helpful and pleasant - even when totally overwhelmed on a weekend. It can't be easy dealing with hundreds of Amazon returns every day! They do a great job, in my experience.

    Friendly knowledgeable, transaction was thorough, It was noon and Christmas rush and they took their time for my 4 individual boxes to be mailed with ease. Been using this location for 15 years...always open when others are not. They shred , sell stamps etc..
