  This has got to be the friendliest UPS Store in the whole US. I’d give them six stars if I could. Also, the location is so conveniently located.

  New store is bright, clean, and well-stocked. Staff/owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Convenient location next to Safeway makes Amazon returns very easy part of a chore run.

  I have had nothing but amazing interactions with the new UPS Store in Cottage Lake. The owners are wonderful to work with, always kind, cooperative, helpful, and quick! Whether getting help at the desk or through self serve options, I am always able to take care of business quickly and efficiently!

  I am thrilled that there is a UPS store in the same shopping center as the grocery store closest to my neighborhood. I've been here twice and the folks have been friendly and efficient.
