  Had a great experience at the UPS Store in Woodinville. The man working there was genuinely nice and went above and beyond to help me with a complicated Amazon return. The store itself was big, clean, and easy to get in and out of, with plenty of parking. What could have been a hassle turned into a quick, painless trip. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Great experience at this UPS Store. I was returning a phone and had forgotten to erase it beforehand. The staff was very helpful in guiding me through the return process and made sure everything was handled correctly before shipping. Smooth and professional service — definitely recommend this location!

  I had a great experience at the new The UPS Store – Cottage Lake. The staff was extremely nice, very helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were informative, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. It’s so nice to have a local UPS Store with such great customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I am so thrilled to have a UPS store less than two miles from my home. The parking lot is so easy to use vs. the downtown Woodinville location. I have been helped by both Ruk and Shak and they are both so friendly and helpful. Great employees! I look forward to using the services here so I get to see my new friends!

  OMG, I'm OBSESSED with the new UPS Store in my neighborhood! 😍 The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with my package. The store is clean, modern, and has everything I need for shipping and printing. The best part? They are conveniently located right in my neighborhood, making it a breeze to drop off and pick up packages. Five stars isn't enough - I would give them 10 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏
