    Placed a vacation hold on a Fed Ex delivery while I was out of town. Had the package delivered to this location. Was notified on a Wednesday afternoon that package was available for pick up and when I visited store the next afternoon they had already returned it to sender. Customer service was zero help. On top of that, they had multiple customers waiting to be helped (5:30 pm in the afternoon) but only one employee at counter. Do better Fed Ex!

    Always have a good experience here. A lot of these 1 star reviews are super ego based and are high maintenance customers that expect everyone to bow down to them. This store will help you with everything you need, the right way. I don’t care if the person smiles and waves at me as I come in as long as my stuff gets from A to B. Which it does.
