  I needed to get 150 high quality copies of my Daughter's wedding ceremony program last Wednesday (August 31st). Got turned away from the Redmond store; they had no functioning printers. Needed by Friday for the rehearsal. The Redmond folks gave me the phone # for the Woodinville print shop. After a phone chat with Matthew in Woodinville, I was convinced that was the right place, but pretty expensive to have Kinko's do the printing. Was told I had the option to print them all myself, to save money. Got there and had excellent customer service. Asked them for some help to figure out how to load the fancy paper and double-sided copy, in color, etc. Nice lady there (employee of Kinko's) helped me, but discovered the printer really wasn't working right. She pulled in Matthew and after making sure he didn't have any other commercial projects in the cue, proceeded to grab my original and run it thru his own machine, way faster than I would've ever done. With my time so precious that week with the upcoming wedding I can't say enough about Matthew's friendly, professional calm demeanor, and the quality of the work he did. And because their printer was failing to perform, he offered to charge me only the "U-print" rate when he did all the work, using his high-speed printer. Others in the print shop seemed to be chiming in and helping as well. What a great team! I really appreciated all of their efforts in providing top-notch service. And helped me to keep my costs down. Thank you, thank you!!!

  I went into FedEx Office located in Woodinville Washington and asked to ship 1.5lb package to Taiwan. The Manager of the FedEx Office Eddie Macias started to explain how difficult it is to ship Internationally. He said it would be about $100 to Ship. I said with my Employee discount it will not be anywhere near that price. I gave him my account number. He looked up the price and said yep with this account # it is $100. I said so, the normal price to send 1.5 lbs to Taiwan is $400? His reply yep! I went to the FedEx office in Kirkland and sent the same package for $28. I will no longer go to the Woodinville FedEx Office...
