Then when they finally printed the pages off, three of them had a strange shadow mark. They did not care and they still wanted to charge me for these pages. The manager showed up and he was actually quite rude to me and I was so surprised by this abrasive treatment over such a minor issue that I raised. It's OK I won't go back, they always seem very flat, very put out, and unhappy in there. Oh my goodness whatever happened to customer service??!
