- RTRodger TaylorAug 7, 20253.0Absolutely atrocious service. If only 0 star was available. On one delivery they refused to deliver because I "had a dog" which i do not. I have a fenced yard where the entirety of the yard is visible from the street and no posted signage about dogs. Most recent delivery, they refused to deliver because it was "too heavy". The box is 38 lbs. and delivery drivers must be able to lift 70 lbs according to a quick Google search. 38 lbs is hardly too heavy for any capable person. Their answer is that I can come pick it up from their facility? No other delivery service does that, they just get the job done. I surely could go in to get it, but I expect the service to be completed and it was not. Edit: The postmaster there is amazing and called me direct to resolve my issue. Was not the drivers fault, but a result of poor customer service from another employee. Raised score to 3. Hope they continue to get better.
