- AGAngela GarciaAug 20, 20251.0I’d give zero stars if possible! Horrible customer service. I have had multiple packages be delivered to the wrong address or misplaced, and package says it’s been delivered to my mail box when I have not received them . Need more competent employees!

I have a traveling job from Sunday to Friday and usually get into Yakima from anywhere in the Northwest AFTER hours...so I hardly ever have time to be make it before it closes to check my mail...and it get packed..cuz I can't make it in time, so 1 week.....2 weeks go by and I have a chance to make it yesterday, so Im racing back from Lynnwood and trying to time it perfectly, and I'm pulling into selah just about 5pm....so I call and give this exact story to the one working, she tell me she is going to put my mail in a locker and she will check to see if I come and get it, which to me was so very helpful and I was super grateful. I couldn't thank her enough....so I was able to make it and finally pick up my mail...I would like to give a huge shout-out to the women here working, more then once they have helped me in ways that just happen to sorta "SAVE ME"......and I'm grateful....so thank you and keep up the good work!

UPDATE: I completely agree with Karlee's review. If I could give them zero (or negative) stars I certainly would. I just interacted with them again, both over the phone and in person, and am fully convinced that the people there are rotten to the cor, especially the management. UPDATE #2: After some frustrating back and forth, I figured out the problem was my mail box. After that, they delivered a couple packages before telling me I had yet another problem. Thses are, by far, the most inconsistent and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. If this was a private company, they would have been out of business decades ago.

One package was found months later shoved into a time clock box that isn’t part of my property. You pay 15+ for something to be sent in time but you guys are too lazy to actually do your jobs. I will be contacting corporate and better business. Three times now I have been home and got an email from amazon saying attempted delivery when you guys haven’t even been on my road let alone to my house!
