  They may have what you need, but prices are almost always better elsewhere and staff have been less than helpful in the tech dept. I do buy business supplies online from them and get better pricing.

  We have the best Staples here in Walla Walla, Wash.! I have lived here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience at our Staples. Professional, kind, friendly, good prices, and excellent product. Recently, they called to see if I'd like my 91-page manual that I was having printed there be spiral bound and explained it only cost $5. I was so grateful they called because it saved me a lot of time from 3-hold punching the manual, which is what I originally planned to do. And I didn't realize that it only cost an extra $5 for spiral binding!

  Worked with the store manager, Jared, who was incredibly helpful with our pay online, pickup in store, VERY Complicated order. We were struggling with the technical challenges and getting the order completed but Jared stepped in a made it a breeze, thank you!
