My mail had been delivered to complex down the street I later discovered after I was told to "look around" for missing package. End result was to contact merchant about missing perishable item. The parcel box wouldn't open so I put a note in my box to please move but carrier wouldn't. Heavy item was expected to be picked up by me at office rather than delivered.

No wonder people are using the net for everything we can because we can't count on the USPS to get the job done quickly...get with it or give it up!!!
