- NMNay MagNov 14, 20251.0I have put in change of address twice, both in person and online to no avail. My mail had been delivered to complex down the street I later discovered after I was told to "look around" for missing package. End result was to contact merchant about missing perishable item. The parcel box wouldn't open so I put a note in my box to please move but carrier wouldn't. Heavy item was expected to be picked up by me at office rather than delivered.

- DLDenise LarsonMay 27, 20251.0I have the usps app that shows what is being delivered, today was the fourth time that my mail has been lost in the last 2 months. Over 12 items shown due for delivery that never has showed up.Zero answers or accountability.I have had to have two checks reissued because of their incompetence. Most of the carrier are good but the internal side sucks. Refused to give me supervisors name because I told them I was filing a complaint with Post Master General. Made it sound like it was my fault that my mail is missing. Hate dealing with these people. Edit - Another day, more mail missing . Waste of time to talk to Post Master/ supervisor, said there was nothing they can do, it happens. Grrrrr Filing yet another complain with Post Master General Edit2 Well waited a few days and so far another 3 items missing, not delivered. Did no good to talk to them or Post Master General. Edit3 Ok folks, two more days of missing mail. Called and the Post Master Generals office and they are expediting it to Consumer Affairs division and maybe then I will get results.I encourage anyone having issues with our local post office to contact the Post Master General for our area ( not local) and file a complaint. It's a federal crime to steal mail.

On top of that they consistently say the usps website is wrong and had entered info wrong and told me I was the one who messed up.
