  I had a c-section and as a result cannot pick packages up that weigh more than 10lbs or I risk ripping 7 layers of stitches open. As a result, I arranged for a rather expensive but damaged upon arrival package to be picked up by UPS at my house and shipped back to Amazon. We have a small house so if any attempt to ring the door-bell or a knock, would have been answered readily. We eat dinner in the living-room, the front door is in the same room. This driver seems to have assumed we didn’t have cameras because one was not on the door-bell, and therefore assumed they could get away with being lazy and leaving the label on the door (even though they would have had to have heard us talking and roughhousing with our 6 year old at the time the label was left), having made no actual attempt to rouse the residents at all. Unfortunately for the driver our cameras are pointed at our driveway and front entrance, so we indeed have proof they made zero attempt to make contact. This is extremely distressing as I am physically unable to handle this myself and I was relying on UPS to do a basic task offered by the business for reasons such as these. This has been extremely disappointing, there is zero excuse for this. I will be filing a formal complaint to ensure this person is held accountable. Get it together. Disabled and injured customers don’t deserve this treatment.

  Talked with a snotty employee who stated there is no phone number to the shipping center, well my very expensive package is thawing while it bounced around in the back of a ups truck all over town. Instead of trying to help me save a $1700 order of product, she stated she couldn't give any support. Ship USPS from now on, more dependable.

  The younger gentleman working was polite and courteous, and went over and beyond to help. Find the cheapest way possible to ship my package during this busy holiday season.
