The tech team really tried to help me recover it, but because of its age and that it had been converted from a windows 10 to an 11 when I purchased it from Staples, they were unable to help me. I was not charged for their time. I recycledit on the spot. Then I decided to purchase a keyboard and mouse for a computer I had at home and they also helped me find an inexpensive one that would work for me.
