  We have the best Staples here in Walla Walla, Wash.! I have lived here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience at our Staples. Professional, kind, friendly, good prices, and excellent product. Recently, they called to see if I'd like my 91-page manual that I was having printed there be spiral bound and explained it only cost $5. I was so grateful they called because it saved me a lot of time from 3-hold punching the manual, which is what I originally planned to do. And I didn't realize that it only cost an extra $5 for spiral binding!

  Worked with the store manager, Jared, who was incredibly helpful with our pay online, pickup in store, VERY Complicated order. We were struggling with the technical challenges and getting the order completed but Jared stepped in a made it a breeze, thank you!

  I had a HP laptop that stopped working because it wouldn't take my Password anymore. The tech team really tried to help me recover it, but because of its age and that it had been converted from a windows 10 to an 11 when I purchased it from Staples, they were unable to help me. I was not charged for their time. I recycledit on the spot. Then I decided to purchase a keyboard and mouse for a computer I had at home and they also helped me find an inexpensive one that would work for me.
