Older looking Female Clerk with brown hair was - didn't seem to care said she was retiring in 2 weeks.- no pride left in her customer service whatsoever. She Insisted on over charging me $4.45 to send a cd that was packed in a flat mailer.!!! I told her it was a cd for the special rate and she started bending it roughly - not careful with customer product - - saying it was rigid - i told her to stop bending it for fear she was breaking it. I said I had sent hundreds of them for much less cost than that, and refused to mail it at that price - told her I would go to Wauna - and she said she would call there to make sure I paid same price - wow - was astonished to here her say something like that - how vindictive? Needless to say Wauna clerk cheerfully sent it as media mail appropriately for less money.

The folks who work here are the friendliest and most efficient Postal employees I have come across yet. Also the only location I know of that has handicap accessible doors. As an online marketplace seller I make daily trips to the Post Office and appreciate having a place like this as an option. Great work everyone!
