One example, at my previous post office in Seabeck, you had to know someone to get your parcels placed in a locker for pick up. Since I work for a living, the only option I had for parcel pick up was 8-10 on Saturdays; sometimes we wouldn’t be able to pick up Grandma’s packages until after the Holiday had passed! Since moving to the Vaughn area, I have only received a couple of parcel pick up slips when there isn’t room for my parcels in the lockers. When I have called to ask about picking them up, the nice folks have already been proactive and put them in a locker the next day for me. I can’t thank them enough for their wonderful customer service!
