Untrue either my wife or I was within 10 feet of the door from 7 am to 10 pm yesterday. We had mail to go out, but it never got picked up.this is a major problem. Last week all our mail, more than 10 pieces, was dropped at a neighbors. He then did the postal employees job and delivered it. Unacceptable
