- PCpreston clarkJan 19, 20261.0I have called numerous times, I'm trying to figure out a problem I have lived at my apartment now for 5 months and we have yet to receive one piece of mail in our mailbox we have our names written down on the paper it's taped below we've talked with the delivery driver who claimed that my box was a different box but the keys I was given was to the very last box at the very end which she said was a blank box how do I go about getting mail she will not release the mail to me and for some reason my Apartments won't give us a different mailbox or have the key replaced for the mailbox that is supposedly hours according to the delivery lady
