- SEStacy Ellis4 days ago1.0It was my first time returning an item from a particular company and I was not sure if the post office needed to put a receipt inside the box so I did not tape it shut. It probably needed two pieces of 4 inches of tape to close the box, they refused to tape it and said I had to buy a roll of tape in order to tape the box and send it out. This is absolutely ridiculous. USPS can’t afford 8 inches of tape?

- KIKent IveyJun 30, 20231.0Drive through postal drop off boxes are brand new I'm told and more secure. But no more rolling down your car window and dropping off mail. You will have to get out of your car or go park and walk around to the other side of the postal box to access the mail slot/door. They are turned to the building not the drive through. Not sure how USPS decided that would be a better. Customers have been dropping of through the drive through for decades, now cannot. Hmmm.
