  I believe it's important to encourage those who serve, especially those who are in training. Today i had to ship a package to my friend and Emma was the young lady that assisted me with that task. She was very pleasant and courteous. She asked if there was anything else she could help me with, and answered my questions about larger print jobs very professionally. I was surprised to find out she was still in training! Though I've been in this UPS location before, I am always impressed with how efficient and organized the team seems to be. Janice was there and helped explain how I could get a copy of UPS terms and services online and both Emma and I learned a new something! I would really like to thank you for hiring Emma, and Janice. You have a very supportive team. Thank you, Emma! Thank you, too, Janice.

  I walked in the store to do a quick drop off. Sending my little brother a package that he had left from his visit. The store was clean and I noticed the staff was friendly. I was lucky enough be helped by a young lady named Skylene I believe. She took care of my package and everything quickly. She even told me they offered notary services there which is great. I'll definitely be coming back.

  Convenient but way under staffed. Otherwise it would receive a 10. Employees were not exactly friendly. No getting. No smile. No have a nice day. Not one word exchanged.

  Sheryl—what an incredible experience I had at our local UPS Store today! I needed to send an important document overseas this morning, and what could have been stressful and overwhelming turned into something seamless thanks to Cheryl. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping me get everything just right. She didn’t just process my shipment—she brainstormed with me, offered thoughtful solutions, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. Her knowledge, professionalism, and care truly stood out. I felt completely confident leaving my package in her hands. I’m now excited (and a little amazed!) to track it all the way to Seoul, South Korea. Thank you so much, sheryl—you made all the difference!

  The worst UPS service I've had at a UPS store. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and needed assistance setting up my work laptop for shipping. I grabbed what looked like a good computer sized box for packaging and asked for bubble wrapping, as instructed by work. (I was willing to pay for it) When the clerk scanned my printed label she said they had special packaging for this shipment, so I trusted her and let her take it to the back, reminding her the instructions were that it needed to have no empty space in the box or room for movement. She gave me the tracking receipt and said that was it and kept helping other clients. The package was supposed to be delivered next day and did not arrive until Monday. When the package was finally received I was told (and got sent picture) that since it had not been packaged according to instructions any damage or repair was not covered under warranty. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.
