- LVLyuba Voronyuk2 days ago1.0I sent my documents via UPS on April 8, 2026, and paid $49.52 for two-day delivery. However, my package is still in Vancouver. I am outraged and upset, and I demand a refund of the money I paid for expedited service. I hope my documents do not get lost. Today April 10.

What was the most surprising element - her level of entitlement in front of the manager to throw “snakey” tantrums at customers. She is rude, lacks customer service and de escalation skills! She made a mistake by scanning wrong label (even though everything was done accordingly) and then blamed me for her negligence and poor attention to the details. And, of course, instantly the “victim card” was played out. Pretty pathetic. That was my experience. Hopefully your business transaction will be better at this location!
