  Look I get that this is a giant corporation. They have to act the way they have to act but this place has the worst customer service. Just walked in there to drop something off. Cut off time is 430 and the driver And the front both said that they wouldn’t take the package cause it was 431. The driver literally walked back into the building to double check to make sure that cut off time was correct and in that timeframe I could’ve given my package to. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but this location and this company

  Very disappointing customer service at this FedEx location. I ship packages frequently in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA, and unfortunately every interaction with the employee named Shaynen has been unpleasant at this facility. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The attitude makes customers feel unwelcome, and it is extremely uncomfortable to deal with her. Because of this, I try to avoid this location whenever possible. FedEx should ensure that employees who work directly with customers know how to treat people with basic respect. Customer service like this seriously damages the reputation of the company.
