You were sent to the post office location where actually made an appointment since the person who made an appointment here did not make the same mistake as you by reading instructions. Hence we had to help the person who was here at the right place and right time and that is why you were sent to the correct location!

I can tell she dislikes her job and doesn't like to take time to help people. 🙄 That or she is just lazy. Both times I was there she hasn't been helpful at all. She sent me to a different location. When I got there the man who was there was super nice and very helpful. He told me the lady at this location should have helped me but chose not to.
