- PRPaco RodrigezNov 6, 20252.0This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They consistently fail to deliver my mail and act completely clueless whenever I ask questions. I’ve submitted multiple service requests, and nothing ever gets resolved. I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and my entire experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and problematic.

Today as with my previous trips, I went downtown during lunchtime. It was my good fortune to see Chuck working the counter again. I swear, nothing flusters him! He's very efficient, helpful and always welcoming whenever anyone steps up to the counter. The world needs more "Chuck's" in it!
