The stupid robot keeps saying I understand that you want to talk to a agent, please give me more information. I give more information and they either say I didn’t get that or they say I understand that you want to talk to an agent please give us more information. I have repeated myself 18 times. All I wanted to do was talk to a freaking staff member at the office

I’ve submitted multiple service requests, and nothing ever gets resolved. I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is absolutely terrible, and my entire experience with them has been nothing but frustrating and problematic.

Today as with my previous trips, I went downtown during lunchtime. It was my good fortune to see Chuck working the counter again. I swear, nothing flusters him! He's very efficient, helpful and always welcoming whenever anyone steps up to the counter. The world needs more "Chuck's" in it!
