Brooke in specific is extremely rude and doesn't do her job. Brought in 12 prelabeled packages, 8 being UPS and 4 USPS. She denies being able to recieve the USPS.

During the holiday season, I’ve noticed it can get a bit busier than usual, but I don’t mind waiting or coming back later — their work is consistently high quality and they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

With the help of three associates the line dissolved quickly. I like this store, coming here often for Amazon returns and to send my parcels. I appreciate their hard work and I like the cleanliness and good organization of this UPS store. Amazing management and organization! ( Previously it wasn't like this. The new team is amazing!!!) I didn't ask the guy who served me his name, but he greeted me and served me like I was a valued customer. Thank you!!!
