  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at the UPS Store with Ronika Lal! She printed a book for me on high-quality paper, and the pictures came out absolutely stunning. Ronika and her team are incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful every step of the way. If you run a business and need advertising flyers, brochures, or business cards, this is the place to go! The quality of their work is top-notch, and it feels great to support a local, women-owned business. Highly recommend!

  I GAVE THIS NEW OWNERSHIP UPS STORE 5 STARS A MONTH AGO, BUT I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED RECENTLY OF THEIR SERVICE. (The male UPS STAFF 21 yrs old wearing glasses 🤓 just quit on 12/31/25 & Service change to POOR) 😡🤬 BAD BAD BAD STAFFS who are working there now. NO TEAMWORK & ORGANIZE!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE!!!!!! ARE THRY LOST 😡!?WHERE IS THE MANAGER!? I went there on 01/08/26 @5:45pm in line until 5:56pm. 3 Staffs are working, but ONLY 1 staff was helping the customers in the front. The line has 8 ppl were waiting & it was 5:56pm (They CLOSED @6pm). The only staff in the front didn’t know what she was doing NEW!? 🤔 (Check Cameras) Where is the MANAGER at to help out the Situation?? 🤔 I have to asked those remaining 2 staffs were HIDING in the back room to come out for help, because we have 8 ppl in line were waiting & there’s ONLY 1 “UNKNOWLEDGEABLE” Staff in the front. (Can they just come out & help the CUSTOMERS first???) Where is the Customer Service at??? What a Joke!!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡 The NEW OWNERSHIP needs to FOCUS on his team & manager duty. Especially they’re just under New Ownership a month ago. Please address those issue ASAP & bring your business Pleasant to our neighborhood.

  This is by far and away the very worst UPS store to go to. Consistent long wait times, disgruntled staff. It’s literally this store. All the others are normal friendly stores that run like a normal business
