The employees at this UPS store are rock stars! Everytime I go in, they are always busy and the staff work hard to get everyone in and out quickly. Maliya handles the pressure with kindness and professionalism.

The girl who helped us was so nice and helpful, I felt bad because there were so many people in line, but she assured me that I am the one she is taking care of at this time, and the next guest will get her undivided attention as well.
Great place I go there all the time.

This is the best UPS Store in Vancouver. The entire team does a fantastic job of providing customer service. They go the extra mile and are so friendly. My go-to, even if another store is closer. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in a few days ago (12/30/25) after coaching in a big two-day wrestling tournament and my voice was gone. Speaking was painful as my throat was super scratchy. I was already having a pretty bad night due to financial stress and I went in after I had finished crying. I walked in with a smile and a woman with long blond hair and cakey makeup greeted me with “Hello, how are you today?”, I responded “Good, how are you?” and she responded very flatly with “what can I do for you today?”. I didn’t like her tone and it threw me off. I will admit, I kind of rudely placed the package on the scale because I didn’t like her tone and that was a fault on my part! Regardless, I told her what I would like to do and she asked for my number. I told her my number and as I was speaking, she told me to speak up and I just kept talking at the volume I was able to without it being painful. She then asked me to repeat the last four digits of my number. I did and she asked me to repeat my whole number again. As I was repeating it, she looked up and said “If you can’t look at me in the eyes and speak up to tell me your number, because I’m trying to help you five minutes before close, then you can get out and go to FedEx or the post office.” I just grabbed the package and said, “ok, you were pretty rude first but ok”. I just wanted to send a Christmas gift out. I understand how my behavior didn’t help the situation in the moment but it also didn’t warrant such little patience, rudeness, and lack of just general customer service. I understand customer service as I have been in the service for years! I’ve dealt with worse customers in a much better manner than this worker and at a younger age. There was no sense of welcoming and the mood was tense since the beginning. I have never experienced such terrible customer service or just someone as rude as her before. I would not recommend coming here if you’re looking for good service

Even though they were very busy with many many returns everyone was pleasant and helpful with my return. Very friendly even though they were stressed. They also moved quickly to get everyone taken care of. Great job!
