  Typical UPS Store—clean, organized, and efficient. I usually come here for Amazon returns and the process is always seamless. They scan the code and I’m out the door in under two minutes. It can get a little crowded during lunch hours, but the line moves fast. Great spot for quick shipping needs

  I stopped in a few weeks ago about business cards and a flyer design for my business after meeting Sean at Office Depot when their print person wasn’t available. He overheard me speaking with a cashier and handed me his card, mentioning that if it didn’t work out there, he’d be happy to help with print and design at The UPS Store, which I didn’t even realize you offered. When I came into the store, Sean walked through my needs, provided a rough estimate and turnaround time, and even remembered me from our brief interaction at Office Depot, which honestly impressed me. It’s refreshing to see that level of attention to detail. The customer service was top notch. I’ll be back next week to finalize my print job.

  Jessica was unfriendly and not helpful. When I told her I would like my items packaged, she didn't seem to understand the request. I repeated with more detail and she finally agreed to pack the items (which ups is a pack and ship store so it should be straight forward🤷🏻‍♀️). Then I don't know if it was a miscommunication between insurance and declared value but when I said I wanted more than the base $100 she told me it was fraud unless I had a paper certifying my items. I told her no one has asked for that before and ive shipped trading cards before. She called her manager to double check - while I waited, her coworker helped someone with a higher declared value and did not ask for certification. I told Jessica these cards were being sent to be certified so I'm not sure how she would expect me to have certification for her. I asked if someone was shipping a computer part how would they certify the price if not looking up the value online. She said there are insurance companies to certify those items. I ended up asking for my items back and going to a different UPS store that packed my items, did a higher certified value with no questions, concerns and were friendly and helpful while doing it.
