Scanned my QR, handed me a receipt & that was that. So nice. Nobody likes doing returns Thanks for making it quick & w/ much kindness. It is a safe, secure place to receive packages and mail, but the real standout is the staff. They are friendly, professional, and consistently helpful, even during the busiest times. The weekday team sees me the most and has taken the time to get to know me by name. Today I walked in and they immediately said, “You have three packages,” just from recognizing me. Shout out to Dylan and Shaheen for the photo op. Dylan is the owner and operator and the face I see most often. Even though we still go through the standard process, unlocking my box, handing over slips, signing for packages, the experience feels refreshingly personal and old school in the best way. This location, Dylan, and his entire team are phenomenal. I highly recommend them!
- KSKindra ScanlonNov 2, 20255.0So happy today. 11/01/25 ~ I had visited Staples and Mailboxes etc and had 2 awful experiences (Staples told me to go buy big boxes elsewhere and try to tape them together and the Mailboxes gal said "I don't know how to send this." but the folks at the UPS store were not only kind and friendly but they were also able to send my item. They really made my day and seemed to be not only good at sending packages but also all around good humans. Thank you for changing my whole day around AND being able to send my item across the US. Appreciate you!
