Dylan and Ravi were incredibly helpful by rechecking my QR codes and helping me sort things out. Without their patience and assistance, I would have lost the refund on the returned items. Every time I go to this location, the staff are warm and helpful, which isn’t always the case at other UPS stores. Keep up the excellent service!

- BMBrandy MarksJan 3, 20263.0Very . They say they’re open seven days a week, but they’re not. I’ve gotten so I look it up online before I go to drop off a package. Also a car cover I sent back did not make it to Amazon. Whose fault was it? Unknown. Fortunately Amazon returned my money anyway, BUT it leave me a wee bit skeptical Although I have to say, I’ve had the same issue at other UPS store. I suppose it’s just life in general happening.
