- BMBrandy MarksJan 3, 20263.0Very . They say they’re open seven days a week, but they’re not. I’ve gotten so I look it up online before I go to drop off a package. Also a car cover I sent back did not make it to Amazon. Whose fault was it? Unknown. Fortunately Amazon returned my money anyway, BUT it leave me a wee bit skeptical Although I have to say, I’ve had the same issue at other UPS store. I suppose it’s just life in general happening.

It is a safe, secure place to receive packages and mail, but the real standout is the staff. They are friendly, professional, and consistently helpful, even during the busiest times. The weekday team sees me the most and has taken the time to get to know me by name. Today I walked in and they immediately said, “You have three packages,” just from recognizing me. Shout out to Dylan and Shaheen for the photo op. Dylan is the owner and operator and the face I see most often. Even though we still go through the standard process, unlocking my box, handing over slips, signing for packages, the experience feels refreshingly personal and old school in the best way. This location, Dylan, and his entire team are phenomenal. I highly recommend them!
