- NSNicole Steiner (Dental Laser Specialist)Oct 29, 20251.0I spend thousands of dollars here printing. But they have now lost my business... I clearly paid for prints that their system lost. They can't find the order so they said I van send the file and PAY FOR THEM AGAIN. It makes me ill... knowing I spend so much money there, have proof I paid and they won't fix THEIR issue. They could have EASILY acknowledged that their system messed up because I put in 2 orders back to back... especially because I'm there weekly getting big orders. I would stay away. Integrity is not big on their list. Sincerely, Frustrated

This was sent to Canada and they did ground when it needed to be express and did not mention a customs form or fill one out so the package got stuck in customs and returned. I was told by FedEx that it was my problem to know what paperwork was needed to be included in shipping. I disagree and think FedEx should tell you what is needed to ship. Issue is still not resolved either

- KAK AndersonNov 5, 20191.0I have been using this FedEx store since Feb 2019. It is the closest location for me and I didn't want to drive to Vancouver downtown. Unfortunately, this store will not get my business any more because they are the worse when it comes to service. Every time I contacted them with a print job (no matter how small or large), they cannot seem to fulfilled it. I will always get a auto reply and no call back. When I go in to pick it up, I would be told they are short-staffed and was unable to get it done on time. They cannot check email or web order on regular basis. Longer drive to go to the downtown Vancouver FedEx but you can expect a turn around time of about 2 - 3 hours. Occasionally I use the FedEx store in Portland by Mall 205 when I have to commute, and the services have always been good with FedEx stores. Not sure what is wrong with this particular store.
