    This place sucks. They are understaffed on the wait times are lengthy. Six people ahead of me in line, waited for my turn, just to have them tell me as I walked up to the counter that I could have handled this myself with their self-scan by the front door. I was holding my package in a way where it was obvious to the employees that I already had a label. There is no sense of urgency with the people working here. I cringe every time I have to do business with FedEx. It's a crap company, I'd rather do my business with UPS or the postal service. I hope you guys go out of business soon.

    These 5 star reviews must be plants because I had an absolutely terrible experience with an older woman here yesterday. I was shipping a medical item in a specific box that the medical company provided, with a prepaid label. Literally all this woman had to do was place it in the pile for pick up. However, when I set it down she said that the box was not adequate and too flimsy. She proceeded to try to rip the shipping label off and nearly damaged it. I told her to stop, and that this was a $500 medical shipment she was about to damage. To which she replied if it costs that much it should be in a better box (??). Again, this was the EXACT BOX that the MEDICAL COMPANY INSTRUCTED IT TO BE SENT IN, which I reminded her, and she still refused to take it. I asked if I could purchase another box to place this one in as this was a time sensitive shipment and she said I could not. The absolute audacity she had to not only reject an official medical shipment but attempt to damage it, all while being incredibly rude and obstructive is abhorrent. I truly cannot believe after all the negative interactions customers have had with this woman that she is still employed here, or employed in general. I have contacted the medical company and they are filing a formal complaint with FedEx about this incident. Hopefully FedEx finally takes something seriously and looks into her behavior. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this location, and if you can, avoid FedEx in general.

    I had a negative experience this afternoon. I was assisted by a female employee, whose behavior was both rude and unprofessional. During our interaction she asked for my ID and upon finishing with it, threw it onto the counter. I had to catch it to prevent it from falling to the floor. Additionally, she asked an excessive number of questions regarding the contents of my package and opened my box to inspect it. Furthermore, when reviewing the shipping information, I noticed the destination address contained several spelling errors and was completely incorrect. When I pointed these mistakes out, she became visibly angrier. Due to this lack of customer service and the errors made, I do not recommend your services for sending packages. I hope you will address these issues with the staff member involved.

    Edit after reading other reviews: holy crap! WHAT ARE YOU DOING FEDEX!? I swear to GOD I didn't read these reviews before writing mine. Shannon must be the owner? I didn't realize these were franchises... they must be. There's no other explanation as to why a "business" would keep someone on their staff that is running customers off with such precision and repetition. Whatever, I'm calling corporate. Hope you see this Shannon. I'm glad I read these reviews after posting. I felt bad questioning if I was being too harsh... NOPE! C U Next Tuesday Shannon. Original review: Shannon wanted to look in my box. Wanted to know what it was. Wanted my name... and was thoroughly rude. Felt like a damn interrogation. I was wondering why this place has such a low review rate. Great job Shannon. The other two employees were helpful and made multiple suggestions that got us where we needed to be. Maybe try meditation Shannon.
