Everyone was at lunch except the older lady the guy from a month ago complained about. My experience was much different. She was pleasant and helped everybody in there that needed her help. She was very pleasant, respectful, and smiled a lot, even though she was extremely busy with a lot of people in there. Once she was able to get to me, she was quick, super efficient, and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service from her, I'd highly recommend the location. BTW, the front entrance for suite 100 is on the C street side of the building

Everyone else at this store is awesome except for the older lady. I have had multiple interactions with her and it’s always the same. Everyone else at this location is awesome and very helpful except for her. Just to avoid the headache of dealing with her, I recommend avoiding this store.
