- SSSamantha SattleenAug 28, 20251.0For being a tiny Post Office in a tiny town, you would think that the teller in the office would kindly grab your mail for you, seeing that I have only asked that one other time around a year ago. So it would be a different story if I was asking every day. it is not against the law for them to do that. It could be a kind gesture, and no they do not have to get your mail, but you would think in a tiny little town with that person knowing you that they would give you some common courtesy, but that didn’t happen because of the Karen behind the counter and she knows who she is. I feel sorry for the other customer that has to deal with a post office teller that has poor customer service skills.

Have to cal to find out why my packages aren't delivered even though I live within the prescribed distance for delivery of packages. Post master has previously assured me my packages will be delivered and yet again today "unable to deliver"! PO also has bizarre hours. Called both Usk and Cusick today and nothing but unanswered calls (web first said Usk is closed but Cusick is supposed to be open, now it says just the opposite!!!). Same postmaster for both offices. You also can't leave messages.
