  The representative seemed Iike she didn’t know what she was doing. At&T is still contacting me about my equipment when i had sent them through this store a month ago. It doesn’t take that long to send a mail out. I’m about to get fine because this specific location doesn’t know what happened to the mail.

  I don’t come in often but when I do it’s typically for large or time sensitive tasks like faxing or scanning. Today I had a little over 300 docs that needed to be scanned into PDF format, and the associate completed my task quickly and efficiently, even with store being a bit busy. Really do love the service here! Thanks :)

  I always use this UPS store to ship back Amazon returns and to notarize items; however, this last time I stopped in, I also mailed out a package to a friend. The woman working the counter asked if I just wanted to buy stamps for it as I had placed it in its own envelope so I agreed to just buy stamps for it which seemed odd at the time and alas, the package never made it. Super disappointed considering I spent like $5 in stamps to mail it and could have likely spent a little bit more to get tracking/confirmation at USPS. Will never send anything through this store again and will only use USPS.

  This UPS store did a horrible job packaging and keeping track of my shipment. During my visit to University Place, I purchased some souvenirs that would not fit in my suitcase. I dropped off the goods to be packaged and shipped back to me on 2 Sep. Luckily I did get a tracking number- but that did me no good as this store did not maintain positive control of my things. On 5 Sep - I attempted to “track” my shipment to no avail. I called the store several times and the staff couldn’t locate my shipment. The items were “lost”. I called the owner “Kim” to ask for assistance after getting nowhere with the staff. The owner told me to wait until 9 Sep when my shipment was supposedly to be delivered to ensure it was “lost”. On 9 Sep I checked the tracking number again and “miraculously “ the shipment appeared to have been picked up from this UPS location on 9 Sep. A full week after I dropped my items for packaging and shipping.🤬 The owner was rude and unwilling to offer any type of refund for my inconvenience. Fast forward to today, 15 Sep and we received the box. Inside the box - my broken mug. 😡 Use this store at your own risk. ⚠️
