    I am always helped by the kindest man whenever I stop by often to drop off packages for my job! He always smiles so nicely and is so polite and patient even when it's busy. I would go out of my way to come here just for the nice customer service experience :)

    I came into the store to have some papers copied into digital form and I asked that they be in the order I gave them to the clerk but they were never sent to my email. I had to call and inquire about them. When I did receive them they were in a PDF form and in the wrong order. They were not able to help me out and I had to give up and get them scanned somewhere else. The original clerk had terrible customer service skills and I will never use this store again.

    Was referred here for notary services from BECU. Needed 1 document signed with 2 signatures. Was told UPS store charges $10. I was charged $30 and was told WA State Law requires they charge $15 per document. Per WAC 308-30-220 that is the MAXIMUM they can legally charge not the minimum.

    Fantastic service and I keep renewing my PO box year after year (7 years running). All the staff have been great to deal with. Even after they have to deal with horrible customers, they still have a smile.

    Had a package sent to be picked up from there and somehow its nowhere to be found and the response is basically oh well and excuses that the driver marks things as delivered when they really don't leave it. Make that make sense... they have to scan the package for it to show that it was dropped off. No one seems to care makes me think packages are being stolen or something. Very unhappy and can't seem to get anyone to actually LOOK FOR IT either at the store or UPS directly.
