  This store makes you pay to package items that you’ve already paid shipping for. I returned an item to a company in that company Charged me for shipping an item back when I got to the store. I gave them the item and it’s bagging and they told me I had to purchase one of their bags to ship my item. I explained to them I’ve already paid for it because that’s what the company does when you pay for your shipping on a return and she said no they only paid for the label not to actually ship the item and I showed her it shows that it’s paying for the item to go back to them which includes you bringing the package itself so there’s no reason that they are charging people an additional amount to ship an item that was already paid for and the best part is she asked me to pay 499 which is exactly what I paid the seller to return the item. This location is a scam. I have returned items from this same seller multiple times and only had to drop the item off so long as it was still packaged, and this location requires you to buy one of their packaging to ship the item off.

  I recommend that you AVOID THE UNIVERSITY PLACE UPS STORE AT ALL COSTS... There are several others in the area that provide really good service, better hours and have MUCH EASIER parking .This store provides truly terrible customer service. We have had this box for a few years... access/ parking was horrible. They seem to go though employees like water... The owner is a stressed out, rude young man... When my husband and I finally gave up and came in to close our box... he said to my husband, "he didn't care if this 80 year man closed his box or not" (btw my husband is only 70... :-)... truly bizarre behaviour... It was an unbelievable exchange. I've never seen anything like it. If you read this please share with your friends in the area... close your box and find better service and a business owner that cares about his customers.

  A shipping store is pretty straightforward, so it was unfortunate to realize how little effort the employee at this location was willing to put into an interaction. The lack of a greeting when I entered (she literally just stared at me like I had horns) and she noticeable lack of words during the transaction was just odd. I suppose my package will get to where it’s going, but I will gladly pay a little more for the friendly interaction somewhere else.

  This is the closest UPS store but I will find another location the next time I need to use it. Since moving to this area, I have been here twice. Both times the experience has been terrible and uncomfortable because of the extremely rude representative there. Based on her attitude, maybe they don’t make money from Amazon returns - because she greeted someone using the PO box nicely while she did not even say hi but basically gave me crap for some logistical detail someone returning an item would not know. I would rather go a little further away to not feel like you’re scolded for no reason.

  I am always helped by the kindest man whenever I stop by often to drop off packages for my job! He always smiles so nicely and is so polite and patient even when it's busy. I would go out of my way to come here just for the nice customer service experience :)
