- APAndra ParsonsAug 28, 20251.0The hours are impossible, the woman running it refuses to deliver and is now refusing to hold packages (that she refuses to deliver) unless we purchase a PO box. I've lived in Mill A for 10 years and have never had an issue with delivery unless it was weather related. Even now, when some packages go through the White Salmon office, they deliver to the house or the mailbox. When Underwood does manage to deliver the letters and mailers, I get all my neighbors mail plus mail for the same house number on a totally different road. I've gotten my neighbors hospital bills, SS statements, insurance mail... all protected personal information delivered to the wrong person. This office desperately needs reformed. Starting with the woman in charge. She refuses to listen or reason and is now holding mail hostage. My husband went today to get "undeliverable packages" and she didn't give him all the mail. She literally yelled at him and said she refuses to hold any of our packages.
