- ZKZaara KidwaiFeb 8, 20251.0Horrible Saturday Delivery! My package was returned to sender without ANY explanation. I was in the house the whole time and it was marked "VACANT" in my tracking. I called and complained and all I heard was "I apologize" but NO solution whatever. It was an international Package which was sent back and I could do NOTHING! I could NOT call or pick up the package myself. This is such BS!!!! This facility should at least have a way to contact them to stop them from sending a package back without even contacting the people who by the way also gave their phone numbers to contact them. HORRIBLE!

They were suppose to deliver 10 packages and they simply did not! I put it out at 7:00 A.M. The person delivered a copy of my order for pick up but did not pick up. What's? up USPS??? I want my package & I want my packages picked up!! BTW I waited on hold for 48 minute's,NO ONE EVER PICKED UP!!? DON'T SAY YOU WILL PICK UP IN 38 MINUTES WHEN YOU DON'T! - JSJosh SpaldingNov 27, 20171.0Every single time I try and call them they hang up on me, they said my package was at this location and I could pick it up but apparently I wasn't allowed to, and the representative was combative at the fact that she was trying to explain I couldn't. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on other people. From now on I will always ship through other services
