- BHBlair HulteenOct 25, 20251.0This post office loses mail ALL the time. I've accepted the little things missing but they have lost my wife's passport and a car title. When I tried to find the passport I was told there was no one in office to talk to, so I called and left a message. The only "resolution" I received was a voicemail explaing the mail man left the package in my mailbox until it sat for too long and took it back. That literally could not be possible because I was checking my mail every day when I knew it was on the way. When I called back, again, no one could talk to me, I left a voicemail and NEVER heard back. The lady was so condescending in her voicemail and her mailman was wrong. It HAD to have been in the wrong mail box. It also NEVER returned to the sender - the federal government. They had to completely reissue the passport. When they lost the title I didn't even bother complaining. I just went ahead and filled out an affidavit of lost title and got it notarized. It was easier to pay for that then try to deal with their unprofessional and completely useless customer service. As someone who works on phones helping customers, this place truly gets a 0/10. I now send all important mail to a different location through the Olympia post office and I haven't had a single late or missing delivery.
