  I can’t say enough good things about this store and THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. Such a refreshing experience, especially for a UPS store. All three members of the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with were efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and charming. I left not only getting what I needed to get done, and more quickly than I had expected, but I also left happy and smiling because they were so kind.

  I sadly cannot recall the employee’s name but, God bless her! I was nervous that getting my product shipped would be a headache for me to figure out, but, right when I walked in she welcomed me over and got right onto brainstorming the best service and best option to ship out my product. She even went through the cheapest options with me and wanted to make sure I got the best deal! She ended up customizing a box to my product that fit perfectly! And she was SO fast! Charismatic, lovely, comforting, efficient, and extremely professional. I love this store, thank you guys for all you do, even at 30 minutes before you had to close. Can’t recommend this store enough — give those employees a raise!

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store on Littlerock Road for a long time, but what I witnessed today was honestly disgusting. An employee named Bryan (tall, shaggy dark hair) was extremely rude to a female customer who was calm and polite. He called her a liar, told her and her child to leave the store, and spoke to her like she was beneath him — all in front of a line full of people. When the manager came over, instead of correcting the employee’s behavior, he brushed it off and treated the woman like she was the problem. A lot of us in line saw what happened and chose to wait for the manager rather than deal with that employee. I’ve always used this location for my returns and shipments, but after witnessing that kind of treatment, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere unless something changes. No customer deserves to be spoken to or treated that way. Hopefully this problem can be resolved. Until than I will leave a one star review.

  Been coming here for about 9 years and I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. The Amazon returns system wasn't working and I notified the employee on staff (Bryan) he stated not to touch anything and go ahead and wait in line. He then proceeded to berate me for trying to offer a solution (it wasn't connected to the Internet). And then lectured me saying: I've never gone into a business and told them what to do and mess with their stuff. To be clear, I didn't put my hands on anything, just offered a solution. I told him I'd be happy to wait while he fixed the problem. He said oh no, it'll just turn off on its own...ok so now no one can then use it. Wow..hate for there to be any really big problems. This owner is a nice person, does things for charity and I've come here for years but this was unreal.
