When I called I spoke to someone who yelled at me and told me If I didn't call him ahead of time and let him know her packages were coming to that ups store its not his problem he turned it away. Not a friendly store at all. How ever I did call my local Fountain Colorado ups store and they figured it out for me and redirected delivery.
