Update: I came back a week later, and the coins were still stuck in there. I even went inside to tell someone at customer service, and they told me that they already knew about the situation and have already tried contacting Primo. For that, Primo gets one less star until they can resolve this. Not only am I annoying with this refill location, but I went to the one across little rock road at the fred meyers, and it wasn't responsive and not looking like it was even on. I have no idea what's going on and why my luck is utterly garbage, but my husband goes 99 percent often than me and never has issues. Back to my comment saying it wasn't primos fault that the 2 coins were sruck in it, it is now. Please fix this Primo.
I love Primo. I typically go to the one at the fred meyers across the street. I went to this one last week and brought coins because I was low on funds on my debit. I was annoyed to find 2 quarters stuck in the coin slot. I almost lost a coin when i tried pushing them further in with my coin. It was not primos fault but was frustrated and upset. Hopefully, when I do ever come back, this isn't a problem.
