I tried to explain my situation, he got so nasty with me as if he knew me for years He's the kind of guy id like to meet on the streets cause he don't no, how to talk to people he don't know very unprofessional.A real coward for people ready skill trades here in seattle

I have submitted online requests, I have called many many times, only for someone to pickup after 25 mins on hold, breathe into the phone and hang up. So I call back and it happens again and again. I have received emails saying they cannot get a hold of me, however, I have zero missed called and no text messages. I'm wondering why this keeps happening. I'm a very skilled finished carpenter and millworker, simply looking for temp work between big jobs I have all over the US. Can someone please give me a call and let's move forward working together?
- LPLeah PettitMay 21, 20211.0Do not source work through People Ready as a business owner or as a worker. Kerry (Nikki) Hill Stephens is incredibly rude and unhelpful. On TWO occasions (the latest being right now) I have been sent to a job, with no one there. The job was at the same location. The first time, no one was at the site address, I spent 20 minutes walking around the area and asking workers for the City of Seattle if they knew the address. Even people WHO WORK FOR THE CITY could not find it. I left, and when I called Nikki at People Ready, she exploded at me. I have the email and voicemail saved where she apologizes numerous times and admits to being rude and having an unnecessarily attitude towards someone who had called in distress about not showing up for a job needed. Today I had another job through People Ready at 7am. When my ride drops me off, guess what - there is no one there. The job is for Chief Seattle Club (an amazing organization), so I walk the two blocks to THEIR address (which is not the address given to me) and no one is there either. I need to work. I need money. I call People Ready at 6:30am and once again I am greeted by Nikki and her horrible attitude. I let her know that there is no one at the address, and that I tried to call the client and the phone number was disconnected. Thank you Nikki, for informing me that I am stupid for not being able to reach Joe through a disconnected number, and thank you very much for wasting my time. I went ahead and called the construction company you labored me out to and told them that I was there but you that you refused to help me contact him. Having a surprise Friday to do nothing but leave reviews for Nikki's lack of customer service is what I guess I'm meant to do. ~written on behalf of Matthew Yost
