- NJNick JensenApr 10, 20201.0The last few years have been and absolute mess. Whoever delivers to Toutle Ridge has been very sloppy several SEVERAL times. We have lost money and very important mail several times and received our neighbors mail numerous times. We called an informed them but it was taken so lightly. We’re looking into taking it a step further and calling someone to look into this. They are not taking this as serious as they should. Our neighbors are noticing as well. This needs to stop immediately and we’ll be taking it up with someone who will take this in a more professional and who has more authority. Today they informed us that they gave a package to the wrong neighbor and that “hopefully one of our neighbors give it back.” This was the last straw. Unprofessional and hopefully illegal to where something will be done. Be aware of how careless the Toutle Post Office employees are, you might not receive important and personal information.
