I'd like to believe it was overworked staff but starting to think its sheer incompetence. Almost ready to hire a mail service and pick up mail weekly elsewhere.

Ever since they contracted all their drivers, it seems now that sometimes your packages might arrive in the afternoon. Sometimes they might come at night. Sometimes they decide they want to deliver them. Other times they decide they just want to leave it at the post office. I don't understand how they can contract the mail carriers and expect them to be able to deliver packages in 20 plus-year-old vehicles that don't even fit half of what they need to deliver. This county has the worst mail system out of any place I've ever lived. Last year the mail came just fine. Got my deliveries when it said I was supposed to. Everything came on time till they changed all this stuff up this year with how they're doing the contracts

- ZKZac KalistaApr 5, 20191.0This place is terrible!!!! I'm about to get a PO box elsewhere. They deliver my mail to my neighbor's mail box and I hav a PO BOX! I hav told them three time about it and all They say is we will let her know. They returned a package without my authorization and I couldn't get a refund because I didn't receive the bill of lading that was with the package. Also went in to get a package that was delivered there by ups and they said they didn't hav it and I had to argue that they did because the tracking number said it was delivered so she went back again and there it was she found it. Just terrable service
