I have been already stressed about this process as is because of a multitude of issues, and when my ID wouldnt scan the lady waved her scanner in my face and kept repeating ‘ I cant work with this’ without letting me respond whatsoever. I left the store feeling more anxious and humiliated than when I went in. This is not how you treat people.

I was here from 2h30pm and wait until 3h30 and then get nothing done, just go home. Wonder why? Because staff who do passport stuff has break! But the thing is, their break is from 3pm to 4pm. Bruhh, for real?? So the walk in hours just for fun or what?? Seriously, make an appointment before come to this place (if you make an appointment, 1 month is the nearest day for your appointment), or run away from this place and find a different location. Oh also, the customer service is really bad in here, good luck.
