  Dear FedEx Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the notary services I received at your location on Fri March 2026 at approximately 2:05 PM. I arrived with a professional contractual agreement that required a simple notarization. Although my document contained a designated area for the notary seal, the kid staff member on duty instead drafted a separate, personalized document to apply the stamp. This resulted in two inconsistent documents with different signatures, which effectively voids the authenticity of my original agreement and creates significant legal risk. The service I received was unprofessional and demonstrates a lack of fundamental training in notary procedures. This error has resulted in a significant waste of time and energy, and I cannot recommend your services until more experienced professionals are staffed. I request that you address this matter with the relevant team to ensure that customers receive competent notary services moving forward.

  I just returned my package because they send me the wrong items. The white guy is lazy and rude i think his new or on training. But he should not belong to the customer service. I like the two guy I believe they are hispanic. The white guy he should not belong here his lazy and rude. I hate to give bad reviews but im not happy the way he do my packages.

  Was in and out in no time. The staff member at the counter was very friendly and professional. No issues on my end. Will visit again for any shipping needs.

  I sent out 2 pages and only one got to the place that they were going. The other one when I checked the address it was right. But when the guy print it out he changed it. And it was wrong. We also noted other people had the same experience with them. Also they sent me my package back but would not give me my money back at least Sind it out again for free. I Say do not go here unless you want your package go to the wrong home... Bad place ..

  The staff is friendly. You can ship, pack and do some basic printing here. Again, very friendly staff. They keep the lines moving.
