  Dear Fed Ex. Why do you charge for overnight freight and yet screw people over like its a normal day. Nothing new. This has happened numerous times. I ordered emergency dental parts for a patient this morning in a timely fashion. I ordered Thurs for Friday delivery. You stated that delivery was attempted. Thats basically a lie and a very common practice for your company. Come to find out that it was never attempted and sits on a trailer at your frank Albert road facility. Its been there since yesterday. You have had it since yesterday. Why then when we call our vendor they say it was sent out in timely fashion and is at your facility. We talk with rep yesterday Friday, and states we can pickup on Saturday st 9am, my wife shows up at frank albert and your worker states it cant be delivered til Monday. I call back to rep who cannot do a thing, though he states he put in a request to have it delivered today like hes got it under control, which we know isn't true. Why do you guys operate this way. People are supposed to rely on the services we provide. Why offer said services when your company cannot deliver. I wonder how many dollars you get away with screwing over hard working Americans everyday. It must be staggering. You have done this numerous times. I know the exact playbook. It was an emergency for someone's health. Broken teeth. Yet we fail because our supplies and delivery we requested and paid for were not delivered. I take full responsibility for my companies actions. I chose Fed Ex and yet they let me down. I could understand one time. But its a problem your company off frank Albert road seems to commit often and with no recourse ever taken by your company. You basically take money for a service you cannot provide. Bait and switch, fraud committed by your company without a care in the world. Stealing money from hard working Americans, just to be directed to a rep from somewhere across the world to politely tell us lies and gently tell us im sorry. This is what American companies do these days. Especially you. I don't think you should be looked at like this great American company or achievement. Its a disgrace how you operate. I leave you with something my father told me before he passed. He said in business its important to give a treatment plan. To put on paper what the patient is receiving amd what you as the professional are obligated to provide. It shows the confidence and shows how competent you believe you are and shows them you guarantee to get it done. He said because the handshake deal no longer exists. Men wre are not of their words or honor any longer. The ones who still carry those ideas will put there name on it amd sign it. I think what bothers me is that you sell it, put it.in print and claim to be something your not. What does it say about you as a company.

  Tried to ship a package overnight from here figuring it should be pretty easy since this is the main shipping depot. I was completely wrong. They Didn’t have a box. Lady at the counter argued it was hazardous goods even though I removed the batteries and clearly stated that… Go to a normal office center do not go to this place.
