No matter what time of day you go, either the line is a mile long and only one person is at the window or everyone is on an hour long break at the same time. You have to go several times to get your packages. It is ridiculous.

Coordinated so both my husband and I could be there during working hours. Had to bring our whole family with us. Show up and they give NO reason or explanation but they aren’t taking my any passport appointments. No explanation. Just a stupid sign and a “Sorry. You’re not the only one”. As if knowing other people are pissed and inconvenienced would help us feel better. Waste of time. And now we have to spend more money to expedite the passport because we can’t get it today. Absolutely terrible service. Do not book passport appointments here. Go to the Pierce County Auditors Office instead.
