Passport application appointment cancelled twice. Just disappointing that they would accept appointments and cancel it last minute. Seem like I am not the only one.

Went twice for a passport appointment, first one we waited four weeks to get a passport for our infant. Two parents and baby got out of the house on time. They were closed and didn’t notify us. We made another appointment, waited 3 weeks, two parents and an 7 week old infant got out of the house and arrived on time THEY WERE CLOSED AGAIN, no notice to us. Absolutely unacceptable. Cue crying postpartum mother still bleeding and just trying to get her family documents in order. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

The representatives could use proper training on customer service. I waited in line patiently like everyone else, when filling out my envelope I was told NOT ASKED “could you move so i can help the next person? we dont have the staff & you need to be considerate of the people behind you.” I replied with “Are you saying you dont want to wait a few minutes for me to fill this out? I waited in line like everyone else.” It would be different if she asked “Ma’am do you mind stepping aside while i help the next guest?” On top of that, the representative made a remark “I know she doesnt want to move.” in an annoyed tone to her coworker. I explained my comfort level was to fill this out right then as I do not mail letters often or ever & wanted no mistakes & the opportunity to ask questions. The staff was completely unfriendly & lacked consideration & understanding.
