I happened to be in the area one day and had already paid for parking. They had all the sizes available. I grabbed a couple of the different medium boxes. Now, I know this is somewhere I can rely on. During my visit, the employee was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They spoke to me in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner, showed a lack of willingness to answer reasonable questions, and demonstrated poor customer service overall. In addition, the employee appeared careless and unresponsible while handling passport-related information, which is concerning given the importance and sensitivity of these services. As a customer seeking government services, I expect professionalism, courtesy, and accurate information. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these basic standards. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that other applicants do not have a similar experience in the future.
