Open 930 to 4 with closures at 1 -2 for lunch and 2 breaks. I hope the local postmaster realizes the growth in the area and does something. Previous Review: I've had good luck at this USPS. I come in about 3 days/week and have rarely dealt with poor customer service, though I know what other reviewers are talking about. I would go to this PO over the one downtown for 3 reasons: 1) They're pretty rude downtown too (worse IMO) 2) You have to pay for parking downtown 3) It's rarely busy here HOWEVER - the hours are terrible. Closes at 4. Only 1 clerk on duty at a time, so they close for 1 hour lunch AND 2 fifteen minute breaks!! The district needs to improve the hours here - shocking! Would the poor hours and coverage have anything with this being the Hilltop PO? You bet!
