I made the appointment on 6/14/25 because you can only book appointment dates that are 3-4 weeks in advance at this location. We came on the scheduled date and time only to find out that they cancelled passport appointments on that day. No notice or whatsoever that was sent. They told us to re-book again online which is stupid because you have to wait 3-4weeks again. They don’t care about your time and effort
