I should have read reviews before making a passport appointment here, but hopefully this one helps someone else: note that they will not do photos here! We made an appointment, photos included, for my son. We had to take time off work as both parents must appear, and we had no time to waste. At our appointment, the staff told us "our printer is down" and said we had to leave and come back with our own photo. We rushed down the street to Walgreens, where we were very graciously assisted by a woman who told us "their printer has been down for three years." Not all USPS locations do photos, so why don't you update the options online so people don't schedule photos there? Or why would you not send a cancellation email, since I booked a PHOTO APPOINTMENT? It must be lovely to have the luxury of providing such poor customer service and still getting your funding, since there's no alternative for people to go to.

Made an appt for a passport. Had to flag someone down to ask what was taking so long- she asked the teller who then just casually says “we cancelled those”. Not a single email or text to that actual person with the appt.

I have visited this branch twice for government services. The first time they said they couldn’t do them because their website hours were incorrect and they only offered those services on weekdays. The second time I even called ahead to confirm they offered that service that day, and when I arrived the person at the counter told me the person who knew how to perform the service wasn’t in that day. I will never waste my time going here again. Better to drive to Silverdale or Olympia.

This location is an absolute complete joke!!!! The postal box that has been outside for years all of a sudden in the last year is gone. How long does it take you to get another box outside… ??Seriously?? in addition , beings that you cannot now drive through the drive-through to mail your envelope you gotta go inside and then you wait 45 minutes because there’s one representative at the counter with a looooong line ! All this does is reiterate what a poorly run organization, the United States Postal Service really is. Get your shit together.
