How long does it take you to get another box outside… ??Seriously?? in addition , beings that you cannot now drive through the drive-through to mail your envelope you gotta go inside and then you wait 45 minutes because there’s one representative at the counter with a looooong line ! All this does is reiterate what a poorly run organization, the United States Postal Service really is. Get your shit together.

Mind you my original appointment was cancelled with no explanation and the photo printer doesn’t work. If you’re going to be short staffed why would you force an elderly man to be the only one working. Terrible service for passports I don’t even know how this place is running.
