Parking is Awful, had to go around the Block and Park at a adjoining Parking Lot. Window service was quick.

Dear Garfield Post office. Can reset? I do my best to speak life, remain calm, see the positive in everything and everyone. As a believer in Christ we are to have faith. I still have faith that things can and will change for the better. There was a time when the postal service was a place where people had pride in their jobs. I'm not old yet I heard stories where people bought and built houses using Sears magazines they got in.... THE MAIL. So my gast was completely flabbered. The 1st strike. Was when my brother shipped me some special dishes and when they arrived they were broken. The 2nd was when my wife ordered a game that was stated to have arrived. When we called we were told that it was at the Garfield Post office. We went to pick it up and all of a sudden we were told it wasn't there and they had no idea what happened. We filed a report that got wiped away somehow. 3rd. There is always mail for people we don't know and never met in our mailbox. No we don't know Charles Moore and don't need his child support mail. We don't know none of the people that recieve mail at our home. Now we are past the 3rd time. We are not sure who was looking for anything but it is not in our mail. Please take pride in the job you applied for. There should be some honor had. Why are private citizens parcels being opened? Please do better. Opening mail that does not belong to you is a federal offense punishable by law.

Went there to drop off a package to send to my bestfriend, There was a little line and only took like 10 minutes. Not too bad, gave me time to grab a sticker and write the address xD. Nice Navy veteran helped me quickly, courteously and gave me information to choose from to send my package. Overall a good experience. Thanks!

My house is on 125th Street, zip code 98445. However, mail is frequently lost, including important documents such as health insurance registration papers, medical test results, and tax documents for 2025... I hope the postal service will supervise its mail carriers more strictly so that our mail is delivered to us reliably. We sincerely thank the agency's leadership!
