Horrible experience. Delivery person said they attempted to contact me for signature of a certified letter- that was not true. I was at home all day waiting for delivery and no one showed. I get an email later, saying notice was left in my apartment mailbox, for redelivery. Meaning delivery person did not even ATTEMPT to deliver, just sent notification straight to my mailbox!
Then I tried calling to arrange package be held at facility, but have to go thru a gauntlet of AI questions before I can speak to a real person.
Customer service continues to decline...

I’ve been going to this post office for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences. I sell clothes on Poshmark with pre-paid labels and I love that I can run up and put it on the counter without needing to wait in line. They have never lost a package of mine and the people at the desk are really sweet. Maybe I’m wrong but I think the Post Office -much like the DMV- gets a lot of needless hate. Yes, no one wants to be there, but please treat the postal workers with kindness and respect, they deserve it. If you don’t, all the good ones will quit and you’ll be left with the grumpy ones. They really are doing the best they can.

Leaving a review of this dump seems pointless but here goes: Multiple times have I supposedly received a notice that there was an attempt to deliver. No notice, no attempt. Just a random text with a new date after sitting and waiting. Turns out the carrier decided not to deliver because of "return to sender" outgoing mail confused them. I guess looking at names on packages is asking too much for the folks at this location as my name is the only one staying and not going out - interesting that. This is not the first time this has happened but at least I got a reason this time albeit a bad one. Next time just deliver and the resident will let them know if it should be returned or not - as usual. It just doesn't make sense that this time was sooo special. What a joke. I'm sure nothing will be done to remedy this.

I’ve read a couple of reviews about people‘s mailboxes getting broken into and they expect the post office to replace the lock and saying they have to go in person to pick up their mail just for future for anybody else. We had to go to McLennan‘s and get our own lock because Home Depot did not carry the correct one And we had to install it ourselves because we could not wait a year for them to come out and fix it. So I suggest that to anybody. This post office sucks. I’ve been going to the one on 168th and Pacific much better for sending out packages/ letters/ Bills and remember people don’t never put your mail in your outgoing mailbox. I’ve had to call several times because ours was overflowed. They don’t pick it up But maybe once a week and so then your bills are late. And their excuse is we empty it every day it must be the people from the next development sending out their outgoing mail And that’s why it’s always full absolutely not. How is that to explain that bills are late If it’s picked up daily I really hope that management reads these. They really need to do something to fix this. Our taxpayers money pays for their jobs so technically they work for us.
But there is a young man now that is working there I’m not sure if he’s Islander or Samoan. It seems that he actually cares about the customers. They need to hire more people like him. I wish I knew his name.
