- RARun awayy2 days ago1.0Do not go to this place for passport (especially walk in hours). You will waste your time!! The walk in hours for passport in this place is from 3pm to 4pm. I was here from 2h30pm and wait until 3h30 and then get nothing done, just go home. Wonder why? Because staff who do passport stuff has break! But the thing is, their break is from 3pm to 4pm. Bruhh, for real?? So the walk in hours just for fun or what?? Seriously, make an appointment before come to this place (if you make an appointment, 1 month is the nearest day for your appointment), or run away from this place and find a different location. Oh also, the customer service is really bad in here, good luck.

She continued to berate me about how there were many customers in line + she was very busy. She did the transaction over. When the screen popped up about how was my service today (5 different emoji icons from frowns to smiles) she quickly reached over + pressed the green smiley face emoji for great service on the customer touch screen!!! Rude, unprofessional + unacceptable!!!

Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior I will not be coming back to this location. The staff are getting paid and refuse to go the extra mile for costumers. My worst experience with a post office in all of my time going. I’m very easy going and understanding but that behavior was UNACCEPTABLE.

I don't normally go to this location so I don't know anything else really about it, but I know that it just saved me so I could send out these five packages to the buyers from my eBay store. I just went to two other places and even though they were closed, they did not have an open area that was available to scan and drop off packages past their regular closing time! 😊🙌🙏 📦📥🗳️🧾📤👍
