Five stars to the Asian clerk lady who is intelligent and works at super-sonic speed. I'd give two stars to the other clerk that lets people fill out passport forms at the window for 35 minutes (no joke) when there is a line out the door near closing time. But this is dropped down to one star since I see from other reviewers that this is a normal occurrence. Probably has to do with overtime pay is my guess. So a solid three stars for this location.

We went there to send very important documents, we waited for like 10 minutes to be assisted because the line was so long and there was only 2 employees to assist. But what we noticed was Monica helping everyone with a big smile.. she was such a sweet heart and very caring and she was apologizing to us for the wait time.. such a delight having her to work there..

Said my certified item couldn't be delivered because the office was closed. It was not closed and wouldn't close for another 2.5 hours.

Do not go here for passport applications or services. This office lost my whole packet with my ID, birth certificate, old passport, and social inside. Didn’t inform me they lost all my information either had to find out because I was waiting for it to come in the mail for my flight. Which I missed because I never got my passport and the office wanted to act like it wasn’t there problem. The ladies didn’t know how to fix the situation either and the whole experience was terrible.
