I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions over a span of probably 6 months and every time they're understaffed. I've only ever seen 1 employee working, totally overburdened with a long line of customers. One time I came and wound up leaving after 5 minutes of waiting with no one at the desk. Eventually me and the other customers saw a (non-obvious) sign that the one worker was on lunch break.
