The customer service representative that was helping me at the UPS Store was so patient and personable that I am so glad he was the one that helped me. He actually helped me work it out with Amazon over the phone to get everything in order and have them replace the scan code so that it would work out. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Biwas is a keeper and deserves a raise. Thank you, Gwen

He was extremely rude, impolite, and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. His tone was dismissive and disrespectful. Customer service should be courteous and professional, especially when customers are asking for assistance. This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and it does not reflect the level of service I expect from UPS. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and fire or provides proper customer service training so others do not have a similar experience.

The staff is always helpful, friendly, and somehow smiling, even when the line is long and everyone in front of me is shipping something complicated, emotional, or wrapped in approximately 47 layers of tape. It genuinely feels like a little community inside that store. You walk in stressed about a package and walk out feeling oddly supported as a human being. They offer a ton of services and are always quick to help. And yes, sometimes the line is long, but that’s not on them. They move as fast as humanly possible without violating the laws of physics or basic customer service decency. Honestly, whoever the CEO is should give this team a bonus. Or at least a complimentary shiatsu massage. Or a day trip to Leavenworth. Or all three. They’ve earned it.
