I will forever miss this post office after having to deal with Poulsbo's. All the employees are nice and friendly. Never had an issue with getting my packages and mail from them. When one of my packages was bent and crushed into a PO box they handled it all professionally and kindly.

Yesterday.I was tracking my packages through the usps app.I got homd. While walking in the door i seen the newer mail lady drive down road opposite our mailbox.Several hours later.Around 830 pm i get an alert saying mail is undeliverable because mailbox or area around mailbox is blocked A bold face lie! This mail woman was too tired too funish her route.Or nust too lazy.Post Master told me one day when i had a similar experience. We are the very end of her route. We are watching you...

TLDR: Never use this post office if it can be avoided. This post office should be avoided at all cost. The staff is lazy and lacks an understanding of USPS policies. On one occasion I was sending a galaxy S7 edge as a gift to a friend. When I walked into the office I asked the worker if I could use the flat rate boxes to ship the phone, even specifying that it had a lithium battery, he said yes. After I finished packing the phone and was ready to check out he asked me the name of the phone again. Upon hearing me repeat that it was a "galaxy S7 edge" he immediately said they can't send it using a flat rate box. Informing me that the flat rate boxes travel by air and they can not ship a "galaxy S7" by air due to exploding batteries. I told him I was shipping a "galaxy S7 edge" not a "galaxy note 7". He replied again saying "yes we can't ship galaxy 7". I then spent the next 20 minutes trying to explain the difference between the S7 edge and the note 7, showing him the official recall from Samsung, the official policy of the USPS regarding the "note 7" (found on their website), pictures and a side by side comparison of a S7 edge against the note7. In the end he still didn't understand the difference and made me pay for the the flat rate box and another box to ship the phone using USPS ground. On this most recent occasion, involving three separate packages, they seemed to have somehow forwarded one to Lexington, KY, and returned the other two, telling the seller I have moved. As I type this I'm on the phone with the automated system the number listed connects you to. My current wait time is no less than 50 minutes. Why don't I simply go down and talk to them in person you may ask? Well that's simple. I have a job and the person working the front desk only says to talk to the post master, who (according to the front desk) works from 9am to whenever he feels like going home, which apparently is before 4pm when most people get off work. I urge everyone, at all cost, to avoid using this post office. They are a prime example of an office that should be closed to save the USPS some money.
